Videogames are reaching a point where there can barely be any advances anyway, a graphic card from 2002 would be a miracle to be able to effectively run a 2010 game but a graphic card from 2012 has no problem running a 2020 game as long as it's not at max settings

PS5 uses an 8c16t Ryzen with similar base clocks as the $300 3700x. And it's more powerful than the $400 5700XT, which is already twice as strong as the GTX 1650S in the OP build to begin with. Plus the PS5's 16GB of RAM vs 8 and super fast PCIe 4 SSD vs fucking SATA.

PS5 uses a 2060 equivalent, the comparison of the PS5 and the Laptop had the Laptop running a RTX2080MAXQ, notice the MAXQ, which is about equal to the desktop 2060

Consoles use paid online to cover losses. In the long run, a PC that is exponentially better is still cheaper because of that, having every function of a PC besides gaming, better support, cheap keys if one isn't pirating, games that won't be $70... the list goes on
