I've been going through Cold Steel 1. I'm towards the end of it, at the festival, but holy shit it drags on if you're trying to watch all the scenes. And I feel like I have to because Emma's bike scene had important plot in it. Also she said stuff that advanced or hinted to the plot.

i know right? i played 30 hours and couldn't keep going the game is very mediocre both gameplay wise and story wise. I didn't feel any attachment to any characters and i didn't care about the plot at all.

Yes and without Emma's scene commenting on it being important, I would have thought it was a strange bird with no connection otherwise, as I had originally picked my 2nd favorite character, Machias, instead. I then reloaded, did Emma's and... boom, important plot details.
Now I stopped playing and started to go through watching all the bike scenes... nothing really important popped up outside of Milillium's, then I watched all the horse scenes for the festival.. nothing... then all the tea scenes... nothing... and now I think I may just being paranoid but I'm paranoid enough to think there is something in there.
