To all the fake news faggots, it's literally nothing.
The game allows you to recruit NPC civilians, meaning pretty much anyone on the street. With this, when you recruit them it tells you a bit of basic shit about them. Notably with most of the medical-related ones, it contains the line "ended personal relationship with patient". That's it.
It's just a generic line intended for doctor-class mooks, one subgroup of which is "pediatrician".

This game is pretty based if you want it to be. Personally I enjoy finding random underprivileged POC transpeople, and recruiting their (white, male, cis) loan sharks into dedsec then using them to beat the shit out of their family and loved ones in front of them, then ambush them while they are leaving the hospital with their loved ones and brutally execute their loved ones in front of them as they watch in horror before flying away on my drone.

I don't usually kill them, I want them to live with the pain haha
