It's okay. There is one surprise. It's not entirely unpredictable. Your mind won't be blown, but you're getting a solid JRPG. I expected too much from the game at first, but it's really grown on me. It has that comfy, simple but addicting gameplay loop for mindless play. If you want a polished JRPG that feels like it was made in the 90s, then this game is for you. If you're expecting the next leap forward in JRPGs, you're going to be really disappointed.
