In Tekken, Yoshimitsu has a move where he damages himself heavily by stabbing his own stomache, but if you do a followup afterward he gets all the health back. That's a good use of healing in a fighting game IMO.
He also has a move where he sits on the ground and jerks off to heal HP and that one is kind of lame
