I use this as my main monitor. I'm pretty satisfied with it but I don't measure things to see how technically well they are performing. I also have a carrying case for it so that I can bring it to hotels and shit. You'd be surprised how many hotels are blocking HDMI inputs these days.

>144hz means higher FPS, which changes how all games are played (breaks old games tho so you will still use 60fps often)
>even exceeding the screen's FPS by going 300fps on a 144hz screen is a big difference in shooters
>4K screen tech is here but too pricey and has to reduce other screen features in return.
Also fuck cheap monitors. Do yourself a favor a put a few more hundred bucks into a higher quality screen atleast at 34 inches.
