I don't see why not since it's just a PS3 game with extras. If the Switch can run Alien Isolation and Witcher 3 then P5R should be nothing.

The Catherine Fullbody Switch port is nearly a perfect conversion of the PS4 version aside from some lacking AA, and since both Catherine and P5 are PS3 games originally there should be zero problems.
