Yes.
You should play BG1 before BG2 but while BG1 is a comfy 8/10 game, BG2 is the 10/10 one.
Diablo 1 and Diablo 2 are equally good but have different merits. D1 is an actual action RPG where you care about timing, movement and mob management. D2 is far far more ability/build oriented.
They are all truly excellent and aged up like wine.
