This is a big hurt for the game, yeah. Everyone just has the one combo, a charge cancel, an ult, and a special.
The jump requirement for using the glider or drop attack is too high, and I often find myself not being able to catch wind that the game wants me to. The glider just doesn't open.

Oh mobs juggle in the air alright, with Kek they're in the air 90% of the time. You can't fight in the air though.

As it stands, the combat for individual characters is less complex than the game it's based on. Mechanics like climbing are jankier too.

Horseshit. The little rock slope to the right of the temple next to the electro hypostatis drops me off all the time because the game decided I climbed it "wrong." And not even the wall. Just the three-foot high boulders to the right. I do that run every day because I have so many electro characters, and it's absolutely ridiculous that it knocks you off.
