Not for reaching the cosmic ocean, but you can get all the journal entries from the eggplant world with it, which contribute to the achievement. That's why people use that seed. I wanna do it with an unseeded run so I can goof off with eggplants in space

You can get the journal entries but you won't get the parenthood achievement for waking the eggplant child

It should just be a default ? shadow character so you start as a random one each time instead of having to do quick select

Just lost my perfect speedlunky run in 6-3 in the worst exit layout I've ever seen in neo bab. Fuck I don't know if I can do that shit again

I just did Speedlunky with 50 secs to spare
Had to waste 9 bombs clearing lava on an exit on volcana

>Finally make it to tiamet and went into the VIP zone

for parenthood you can start at the olmec shortcut then reset until you get an altar on the fish stage and kill the fish for a present

>started playing low scorer runs
>instinctively restart as soon as I touch gold
>usually hit first gold by accident mid-tide pools
>can consistently get to neo-bab but I'm almost always completely out of supplies since I do most of the run goldless
>died after killing tiamet two times, still haven't gotten a normal ending 65 hours in

Is there any point in actually giving him the turkeys? Cooking them for health seems to be more valuable than whatever loot he has.

It's usually extremely easy just to steal 2 turkeys after raiding his loot by holding and riding one. Or just cook all of them and give Yang to Kali if she's around. He doesn't agro until you leave a pen with a Turkey.

I give him the turkeys sometimes because 2 extra hp isn't that great but honestly I'm pretty sure the best strategy is just to kill him, steal his treasure then cook the turkeys. He's a faggot anyway

You get to visit his pet shop in the next area where you can buy the turkeys, but if you happen to pick Volcana you'll probably aggro him when one of the lava men enter the shop.

It's really funny that the guy who won big brother was able to mind rape the dev into changing the Olmec fight.
