Remaster, but there was talk going around that they went back to ME1 to bring the combat up to par with 2/3's. We'll see.

If the collector weapons from ME3's multiplayer aren't in single player, I don't care.

I'll buy if it actually truly is a remaster (graphical, UI, even gameplay changes).

If it's just a seamless bundle of the three games I'll pass.

I hate EA too but I still, for instance, bought the Hot Pursuit port/remaster today. ME1 is still a great game too and if it’s a quality port, why not just enjoy it?

ME1 plays differently from 2/3.

In ME1 classes are all sorta the same, nothing really stands out aside from Adept. Enemies are also kinda sameish in behavior and how you fight them. Also guns had infinite ammo, there's a great lore reason for it but it doesn't translate into good gunplay.

ME2 made each class distinct with specific abilities and loadouts and improved on enemy variety. Also got rid of infinite ammo guns, which upsets a lot of people, but just made more sense from a gameplay perspective. Haven't played 3 but from what I've seen its basically a refined version of 2.

It had a lot more stats, yes. A lot of stat points. But the actual shooting and moment to moment gameplay was lacking.

ME2 cut down on the stats a bit and buffed up the gunplay considerably.

Should be a fun reveal
