I'm really curious to see what the squadmates will look like in the remaster. Hopefully Miranda and ME3 Ashley will no longer look like trannies.

If anything it's the trilogy remaster announcement; panel of trilogy VA's proper Shepard, femshep, Gaydan, Liara etc.

Ability to recruit ME2 squad in any order as originally intended. More time with Legion is good, so that's something.

I read a few months back that The 1st game is getting a gameplay overhaul, while the 2nd and 3rd are getting graphical upgrades.
Not sure how I feel about that to be honest.

ME1 had the best gameplay.

Probably a remake of the first Mass Effect even when the game is not even old yet or in a need of remake. Bioware is just in a need of milking what is left of ME and its legacy.

They need a sucessful game after Andromeda and Anthem failed.

why does EA keep bioware around after so many blunders

I don't trust Bioware to even properly remake the trilogy. At best it's just gonna have some higher quality textures and lighting, at worst it's gonna be a glitchy piece of shit with lots of removed content because it's troublesome in 2020.

I actually enjoyed andromeda, but who ever is responsible for letting that game get released with that many bugs, that many glitches, clearly that unfinished...they deserve a fucking brick through their window.

I only paid like 5 dollars for the game I think, that's probably why I could enjoy it, game was basically free, but I can clearly imagine how I'd feel paying 60. I'd be pissed.

Maybe it's just part of getting old, but I have thousands of dollars worth of games on steam, but whenever I get the urge to play vidya, I keep going back to low-tech simple games that can be run on old laptops. There's no point for me to even have a decent gaming PC.

For the past couple years I just keep playing shit like

Maybe if I'm feeling squirrely, I'll fire up System Shock 2 or Deus Ex.

If I play a new game with huge production values and intense graphics it just feels weird and shallow to me and I lose interest and just want to go back to Mount and Blade or Fallout 2 or whatever.
