But the game continuously updates, so I have to check every day if there's a new patch. And then download and install it. That takes time. I rather just run the game, and if there's a new version it be already installed or install automatically.

I approve of piracy since that means less sales for a game on pc and thus the pc platform and pcniggers get less support and new releases.

Also it makes me feel less bad about supporting practices like gacha, mtx, etc. If the kinds of people who complain about these sorts of things don't care about the impact their piracy has, I'm fine with that, and I don't feel like I should care about any impact my spending has.

I don't know, I see new games coming out and I play some of them and have fun.

People have an internal desire to feel as if their actions are justified.
This does not mean that they do only actions that they consider justified, but that they will retroactively change their interpretation and attitudes about their actions in order to make them feel more justified.
These are ideas from cognitive dissonance theory in psychology.

Applied to video games:
You want to play video games.
You believe that pirating video games is justified if they are shit games.
You don't want to pay for video games because you're a lazy faggot and/or a cheapskate.
After playing your pirated video games you will retroactively change your feelings towards the video games in order to make the action of playing them without paying for them feel justified.
You think video games are shit because you pirate video games.
