Nah. I'd always prefer a good game with oblivion graphics than a shit game with raytracing. Mechanics are more important, these are games, not movies and not tech demos. Graphics are cool but only brainless plebs think that they are significant.

If you have a PC that allows you to play at maximum settings, yes, it's actually pretty good visually. Gameplay-wise it's questionable, but a lot of people here don't have the game and they're just mad because it's London.

For the outdoors, especially during the rain time gives a more realistic effect. Reflective surfaces are used a lot in architectural renderings because they give the illusion of photorealism.

Are you stupid? When you look at the way a normal car reflects light you can tell what material it is made out of, and you can see the light reflect differently on its many different surfaces. The car in the webm looks like a fucking soap bar made out of glass.
