Is this supposed to be a joke?
Is this supposed to be a joke?
Life as whole is a joke. Laugh or people will look down on you
You can tell they ran out of budget and had to recycle some bosses
F I L T E R E D
The model reuse or two at once? If latter, you should have the violet umbrella (I think) by the time that blocks the headless screaming, making him trivial. iirc I killed him the first time I went there before the other one even appeared.
Just play like a pussy and get hits in on the brown ape until it dies, then the headless ape should be trivial (unless you somehow lucked your way into beating the original).
At this point, it's a FROM Software staple, heh.
I got them on my first try, actually. Which is weird considering I had a pretty hard time against only one ape before.
The only boss besides the Mist Noble that I killed on my first try.
Fighting his earlier appearance had burned his parry timings into my mind so well that I barely got hit at all. I didn't even have to touch the brown one.
THIS. Absolutelly this.
Don't laugh and people will treat you as a pariah. That's how you lose your place in society sadly.
I don't get it. How come a boss that is supposed to have it's own story to it gets to be recycled? How does that make sense?
Should've got the mortal blade before killing monkey
Fun fact you can actually skip them by going to Mibu Village before killing the ape in the Sunken Valley
>Beating the game without killing every boss
I bet you skipped demon of hatred.
enjoy ur drugs, fags
SOULLESS
he's not even a cool boss. Just tedious garbage 3 phase fight against Dark Souls 3 like monster boss
You can burst down the second ape with firecrackers fast and easy, Op.
Any umbrella will block the scream,
It is, yeah. It's played as a gag the first time it happens.
You're expected to kill them both still tho
yeah it was pretty easy like wtf
Pure undiluted copium
It's still the same ape. You technically didn't kill it permanently because you didn't have the Mortal Blade at the time, I guess.
Holy shit get fucking good, demon is the best boss in the game.
I think that's how it's supposed to be story-wise but in-game you can use the mortal blade on the first fight and he will still reappear afterwards.
> he's proud of having a shit taste
typical Zig Forumsirgin lmao. Spread your cheeks before janny tranny, fag. It's your daily job
I'm not even that guy. I'm just saying he's trash boring boss. You gonna deny that, fag? Grats on having a shit taste than!
No he won't. You can get mortal blade first to avoid monkey duo.
I beat those two in a lot fewer tries than the Guardian Ape on its own for some reason. Maybe I was just more used to its attacks.
>have mortal blade
>kill first phase ape
>know for a fact that he's got a centipede in him because I used the spear on his second phase in the last attempt
>swing the mortal blade over his corpse when the phases transition
>nothing happens
Woooooooow
Bloodborne did this bullshit too with the sharks. I hate these fights.
What are you even saying?
Incels
No, you can't. That's not how it works.
It would be a retarded thing to do anyways because you would be punished for exploration, keep in mind the second fight gives a memory and a prayer bead.
nah
this is a joke
Yes, it's a memory and bead you can lose out on. Mortal blade > first monkey does make it so that duo monkeys don't appear. Play the game or look it up.
Hehe asshole face hehe
Dude, take your own advice.
This fight would’ve been a lot better if the monkey didn’t disappear in the original fight
Also what the hell is the brown ape? It surely can’t be the wife because she’s dead
Demon of Hatred sucked. If I wanted a Dark Souls boss I'd play Dark Souls. I am glad I saved Young Owl for after him for a real penultimate final boss
It's a memory of his mate, the effect of the memory bead. Thats why the brown ape vanishes if you kill the headless first.
t. lore pro
The whole memory stuff is confusing and kinda dumb. Should have did it a different way. I have no idea whats a memory and whats not
Honestly this dude is my favorite boss lore-wise
