It's like part 3 but drags on less and most of the fights feel meaningful. Some of the Stand powers reach stupid levels of broken. The main cast ranges from really good to extremely boring.

Also most people hate 4. If you love 4 you are probably one of the few Jojo fans with good taste. You probably think 2 is godtier too. After 4 it's only downhill, nothing good will ever appear again (other than part 7 I guess)

It is just peak battle shounen. Nothing ever came any close to it.
Joseph is a showman. He fights while talking shit, dancing, singing. But he also has absolutely no chance against his opponent, he is just 1000000x weaker in terms of power levels, and yet he still manages to humiliate them through sheer non-bullshit intelligence.
Part 2 had many moments like that, but it only went downhill from 3 forward as fights were decided by protagonists pulling new tricks from their asses.

My main gripe with part 5 is that it's full of interesting stands and characters, except for Giorno. His personality feels very flat and, while all the other main characters' fights involved them outwitting the enemy, Giorno just seems to bullshit his way to victory (more so than the JoJo standard at least).
