It seems like all they've outlined is this game's Midgar equivalent, and even then very vaguely. We still have no idea how involved Joshua and Jill are or how big the game even is.

His design is literally more complicated than Cloud Strife's and is clearly based on it as a light homage before his even more outlandish time skip design.
