I'm actually kinda liking the lack of information, haven't been able to go into a R&C game blind in quite a while, especially one that's supposedly full of fanservice and callbacks. Hope they don't pull a 180 and spoil a ton of stuff the month before the game releases.

yeah I think people are remembering the original games as more "mature" than they really were

I thought Into the Nexus did some interesting story stuff that I'd like if they continued with:

All we know is first half 2021, but that's it. We know more about this game than Returnal, which is also supposed to be coming out first half 2021.

these game have been playing the same since the first one

Nexus was okay as far as the story went. They couldn't do very much with it because of the short length of the game, but what was there was decently well done.
