Five years ago (or so), I had gotten a shitty little Macbook Air for free. Being free, it had an imperceptible crack in the trackpad material. After I went 38/40 on Christopher Robin, I chimped out on the trackpad and vigorously rapped it over and over. The crack soon covered the whole area. It was the first — and so far only — time I ever abused a piece of equipment out of sheer rage. But I started a side hustle repairing computers and mobile electronics after I fixed the trackpad, and I did eventually beat that fucker. Arigato, Robin-sama!
