top tier, unless you mean games ported/made for 3DS, there aren't a ton, there is a doom port and various emulators and an M64 port, not sure what else notable.

I know this isn't really the thread to ask this, but the switch homebrew scene is pretty bleak from what I've heard?

some games do not like to be upscaled beyond the native resolution on citra like the Dai Gyakuten Saiben games and I do not doubt there are still incompatible titles. I do not see what's wrong with people preferring to play directly on their handheld although i definitively prefer the jap fonts looking a lot better to read upon resolution upscale on the emulator.
