"Ratchet and Clank 3 doesn't have animation when entering a vehicle and look at that HUD, man this game sucks". 90% of the criticism he has is not something that anyone actually cares about, but they think they do after watching his videos

I like 2 because it had the same game style as 1, with exploration and big levels and so on, but with better controls and upgradable weapons, 3 was more action oriented with smaller levels and less exploration

his main point (I think) was that there was a lot less thought put into the level design, there's not nearly as much exploration as the previous games. It's much more a shooter than a platformer and if I was someone coming in from 1 & 2 (which I'm not, 3 is my favourite) I'd be disappointed that half of the reason I liked the game was so barren.

3 can't really have the best combat when it's the same as 2. At least there was diversity in the enemies and they actually reacted to your shots in that game.

I think 3 is bit faster and tighter, it has one of the best 3rd person shooter gameplay imo
