If you go to the Steam page, there's no estimated time of unlock. However, if you go to the DLC page for any of the DLCs, it will say that it plans to unlock in 14 hours: 2 PM EST. Safe to assume that's when the game will be available.

dragon engine games do not have intros, that is a credits song. Judgment's the only one with an intro and it is just close ups of everyone's face while a great song played. Even lost paradise didn't have an intro despite being pre-dragon engine.

Is IX any good? Never played one.

Many people dislike it but it's a fantastic game

But Judgment was much more niche compared to Y7 and had half the marketing moose. It was also branded a spin-off and it did not launch THIS close to next gen consoles either.
You need to consider all those options. devileon's vid on the Y7 american tourist quest has a ton of views and I've seen it posted on other places.

desu there are a surprising amount of dumb dumbs that genuinely thought it would be dub only because of all the trailers switching to dub once english voices/karaoke were confirmed.

That wasn't voiced though. 7's version might have been integrated into the story as a side quest tutorial which lets it get full voice acting.

I think all the western released ones are good at least, 8 and 11 probably the most well liked

XI, III, V, and VIII are my personal favorites in the series.

9 is good.

Yeah that is true, the dub version of the engrish quests are really meme tier because they straight up gave up on making it work. What they instead did is some dumb english only bonus animation where ichiban stares at the camera while saying "what the hell, i dont know english".
