More money for the workers (since companies tend to fire a lot of people after games are done), less investor confidence in future games (stock price goes down), and assuming they delay it to 2021, they'll lose a metric fuckton of money from christmas sales

That is the 2021 financial year, and it start at march 2021, so they have to delay the game 4 more moth to get there, it's really unlikely to happen now that the game is officially out in gold.
