Any game pretty much, concept art always looks better because it let's imagination flow. Why do you think the whole SOUL meme got popular on the first place?

Dude Sex Mankind Divided

IT'S NOT FAIR! WE WERE THE TRUE RULERS OF THIS PLANET!

b-b-b-b-b-b-based as fuck. SOUL is just ill-defined visuals and ideas so people can fill in the blanks with their own imagination, and it's why SOUL is completely subjective and useless as a metric.

Project Zomboid, not even concept art but early game art

Cyberpunk

damn nigga
going in for the kill

the concept art is limited by imagination while the product is limited by realistically having to implement things
no shit something is going to look more promising when you can just fill in the gaps with whatever you want

Encased, fuck discord trannies

invisible inc had a lot of cool shit in early stages
you supposed to climb tower-office-building for a few stages before shutting it all down with hacking
there were working invisible enemies that kept you guessing what exactly happens next turn
concept of 'evacuating through the window' or something like that
research progression between playthroughs

Thief series

Reminder that evolution and COVID is liberal kik myth, abc their using the media to distract us from it. Ain’t in the Bible ain’t real

Thats not THAT far off from Hensha

for me its the mauve mutilator

>Starts off as a land-restricted predator that can only hunt small-to-moderate sized prey in packs
>Evolves into a flying predator that picks up goats and drops them hundreds of feet to their deaths by themselves
Sounds like an upgrade honestly.

Subnautica
I hate the cartoonish artstyle they went with

They also had procedural map during early access. Scrapped for 'muh handcraft'.

this is pretty common from what i have seen, not only for games but movies too.

concept art has no limits really while the final product does, its just that simple.

the map was never procedural. it was editable. scrapped because the game ran like fucking ass without minecraft.

>muh handcraft
shit your mouth subnautica was good

What are you on about, it was always handcrafted. The terrain was what could be manipulated.

Warframe and Bloodborne are two games that look pretty much just like their concept art.
