I hope its not what happened when I purchased an extra dual sense. I ordered from bestbuy online. They charged me the next day and said I was supposed to receive it the following day.....Then my order got delayed an entire week. But they wouldn't allow me to cancel the order because it was being processed already. Got my controller like 8 days after I ordered it.

maybe you kids don't remember, but this always happens. a new system drops and the hype goes through the roof. the thing is sold out for the first two months, with units getting scalped on eBay for thousands of dollars...
then by First Quarter, the things are everywhere and you can walk into any Target and pick one up. Console developers don't make money off the consoles. they make their money off development fees and subscriptions. that shit doesn't work unless people have the consoles in their homes, so developers will bust their asses getting them into stores.

UPS and it came in this way too big box, and as someone that works at UPS, I can tell you we treat people's packages like shit.
I ordered 2 SeX, one from MS and one from Amazon. The SeX from MS was delivered by Fedex came in a box just a little bigger with extra padding to prevent it moving while the Amazon SeX came in a comically huge box with no padding at all so it moved a lot in its packing.
I fear for how my PS5 is gonna look.
