Keep riding off the coattails off their nostalgic fanbase while cutting corners on their shoddy products.

wait and release a new console in 3-4 years for now of course, as they've done for years
you're going to need better bait if you want nint*ddlers to reply

They were behind when they released the switch. If you think the switch is in direct competition with the PS5 and Xbox you are misunderstanding Nintendo's business model

Switch turns 4 in March 2021

They're not a generation behind, they've intentionally broken out of the generational cycle both to differentiate themselves and to avoid direct competition as much as possible
This was a huge gamble with an even more huge payoff

We can discount release more games, nintendo don't appear to be interested in doing such things.

They're too busy counting the revenue from New Horizons to worry about two $500 plus paper weights.

nintendo doesn't compete with mainstream consoles, they are their own thing.

how anyone is confused about this in current year, i dunno.

wow... there are some genuinely intelligent people on this board.

They'll probably make another Switch in a few years with better hardware so they can keep putting shitty ports of current gen games on it.

>0.6 mb/s
where the fuck do you live?

it's without a doubt coming in 2021 actually.

> Xenoblade 2 is only 14 GB
Kek, compare that to abominations like games for PS4/PS5

>7th gen looking game has 7th gen tier filesize
that will show em

>game has to be compress to fit in SD card.

They’re not trying to compete with other consoles, they’re trying to compete with smartphones. It’s worked even if the Switch is lacklustre compared to the 3DS or Vita

It slows down when its almost done
and switch network speeds are stupid slow by default
In comparison Modern Warefare is over 200GB. You know, because reasons.

>big initial 3rd party promises like SMTV and NMH3 aren't even out yet
>1st party drought is on the horizon with all their biggest announced titles (BotW 2, Prime 4) have no official release date yet
>multi plats are going to be even rougher. If not entirely impossible as the other consoles far surpass the Switch in specs
The more I think about it the worse off Nintendo seems

Only hackable models are very first ones and people sell them way way more expensive than a normal Switch.

>>multi plats are going to be even rougher. If not entirely impossible as the other consoles far surpass the Switch in specs

That already happened with PS4 and XBox One vanilla.

I know, and the situation is only getting worse for them

I mean it was clear when they just re-released the Gamecube but with a waggle stick that they just gave up on being technologically advanced.

Ironically the only reason I though of getting a PS5 was to wait for cfw and never bring it online so it'll always be exploitable. Unlike my PS4 right now.

>they a technically 4gens behind
Literally kek

It looks well beyond any 7th gen game.

Well PS5 won't have a web browser so it's probably not going to be hackable anyways.

>cant wait to pay $60 for ROOMS

Nii Switch
With headband motion controls.

As long has it doesn't require a mod chip Ill be ok. The only thing I ever hacked via a built in web browser was the Vita and that was only to dl a file IIRC. The xbox 360 was the hardest one as it required you to open it and connect it to a PC
