Black Flag also didn't really care about stealth
Lol even casual games weren't casual enough for mass appeal
the stealth genre is fucking dead, thanks casual retards
Vikings aren't known to be very stealthy, are they?
First of all, fuck AC. It was never good. It should've ended after the first 2 games. Second, who gives a fuck? No one in their right mind should be playing AC in 2020.
False. It just wasn't only stealth.
Thanks for linking the article bro
Assassin's Creed 1 cares about stealth and it's garbage
Stealth is the worst part of this series.
Assassins don't necessarily have to be stealthy.
why does this game have lower than witcher 3 tier graphics and combat
Whats the next setting for the game?
my asshole
Stealth mechanics are fucking trash in the vast majority of games. Only a certain handful of games that are explicitly about stealth and discourage direct confrontations do it well.
AC hasn't been about Assassins for a long time.
There has never, in the history of mankind, been a game where the highlight was stealth. You don't KNOW what the AI can/can't percieve.
Clickbait is really going right for the balls lately, huh.
its actually quite fun to stealth into a monastery and then call for a raid when the way is clear
My Roomie bought this game for PS4 and can't proceed the main quest after 30 minutes due to bugs.
But at least the cash store works perfectly, good job ubi
Its wierd, because this was the first game out of these witcher clones to actually give a shit about social stealth with the cloak in towns.
Oh shit, why didnt I think to try that
Ost the main character literally just a viking that found an hidden blade laying around in europe?
I mean, they don't even know how to wear the thing.
Its basically just this guy then?

AC was never good
Star Wars.
>slow walk trailing through invisibility granting bushes for pure silent insta kills
Stealth games were always mostly shit. Dark spot = invis from Thief and Dishonored was fucking dumb
when did assassin correlate with stealth most assassination's happen loudly in broad daylight
>You don't KNOW what the AI can/can't percieve.
In a well-designed game, you do know.
Did they really fucking bring back you know who at the end?
Stealth is the most retarded genre anyway
>enemies can see you even if you turn away from them
Who comes up with this inane garbage?
>Ost the main character literally just a viking that found an hidden blade laying around in europe?
They're given the hidden blade by another character.
Also the game lets you turn on one-hit-kill assassinations like in the older games but warns you that it wasn't designed for it.
Cope.
and in particular the assassins the game is taking inspiration from were notoriously non-stealthy
Assassin's Creed is total cringe. There's an indie isometric RPG called Expeditions: Viking that's pretty good, play that instead. It would have been nice to see a good triple A budget viking game, but this isn't it.
Also, as someone who actually likes Norse history and culture, I'm pretty fucking tired of le super badass Vikings getting overhyped as shit. Like there were also Magyars doing more or less the same thing on horseback across the European continent at around the same time, but who gives a fuck about them? Vikangz are cool and bad ass.
Splinter Cell Chaos Theory
>same director as Watch Dogs Legion
nope
The stealth was always shit. Historical action rpg for me thanks
did you even try chaos theory? best stealth game. it was released 15 years ago so it wasn't pozzed with retarded diversity and was actually fun to play. bank heist best mission
I'm never gonna play this game, what happened? do they bring Desmond back?
Yes
>Historical
Nothing historical about Ass Creed Valhalla.
that reaction image has bothered me FOR THE LAST FUCKING TIME. NEVER USE IT AGAIN
