>2 hours long
>shallow as fuck puzzles
>MUH PERSPECTIVES AND SHIEEEEEET

No wonder this was an Epic exclusive.

>NONONONONONOO HOW DARE A PUZZLE GAME MAKE ME THINK

I liked it, sure as shit not worth 14 bucks, though.

i liked it, was engaging throughout and charming enough to not make me regret the purchase. will probably try to do another run to complete the unfinished achievements soon.

>posture that you prefer puzzle games that make you think more
>yet, defend Superliminal which has few puzzles in favor of lofty inspirational dialog
Every single puzzle is easy, by the way

What the fuck is a 'liminal space' anyway?

Should have used these psychedelic non-euclidean ideas to complement another game, a game with an actual idea for gameplay and story, such as an FPS or a stealth game for example. Could have been based.

Please don't make f-fun of the g-aymn I like. I wan-na make videos on it with my wiggleworm twitchy gf

wow i actually feel sick seeing that image

"Please like my other channels
>VNN
>BNN
>NNN
>CNN
>FNN
>ZNN
>childrenIgroomNN
>ENN
>DNN

And please don't say superliminal is shit. I like to say I make things popular and hog credit from the developers.

If I don't get views. My gf gets angry and seizes up like a rusty pickup truck"

How does it compare to games in pic related?

Attached: Pseudo-intellectual starter pack.jpg (900x900, 290.73K)

its very straight forward and more walking simulator like than any of those

The Witness was fine for me up until I got to the hedge puzzle. Everything after that felt like it was trying to be as obtuse as possible without actually giving out engaging puzzles.

The greenhouse and the swamp were kinda fun too.

>the witness
Finished it in an hour, refunded it because of the pretentiousness of it.

If I wanted a lesson in psuedosociology. I would ask the local Starbucks batista why her astrological sign doesn't mesh well with her ex's

Can't hold a candle to any of thsoe games.

Yeah, the audio logs are kinda shit. Good thing you don't have to listen to them and just enjoy the scenery instead.

Seems like another one of those games that the developer posts on Reddit after coming up with some gimmick where if gets a tonne of attention, but they have trouble turning it into a real game.

>waaahh it's too short and gimmicky
Well let's see you fuckers do something better then. What mechanics can you add to it that'll make it more engaging as a puzzle game?

its a pretty complete game but the game can go far with its ideas but it doesn't
development was also halted like 5 times due to funding so epic pretty much saved them

this game made me wish I was playing portal

From my understanding, it's repeating spaces that give off a feeling of familiarity/nostalgia IE: Cringe creepypasta-tier shit kids came up with to give something "deeper" meaning than it really is.

guy should keep it as a simple puzzle game and not try to be the stanley parable just to fail miserably

is this the quickest a game has been generated based on zoomers youtube habits?

What are some good 3D puzzle games? Loved Antichamber and I'm playing Talos Principle right now. Already played Portal and Portal 2.

it's a fucking proof-of-concept/tech demo

Pretty much everything from this list, except Braid and The Bridge since they are 2D. Also, The Room: Old Sins is mobile only as of now, but the first 3 from the series and the VR one are on PC.

>few puzzles in favor of lofty inspirational dialog
nigger there's like 2 minutes of inspirational shit and it's all just before the credits, this had no impact on the number of puzzles or flow of the game. There are actual criticisms you could make, but you retards just lightning rod on a paragraph of monologue at the end that you could alt-F4 out of without missing any gameplay if it triggers you so much

IS Manifold Garden actually good? How hard does it get?

Game was released last year, moron.

Very similar to Portal, not as good but worth picking up if you really want something like that again.
