Give Ryu back his hitstun and the backwards knockback angle on uptilt. Not because it's balanced but because it was funny.

They increased the tick rate but the fundamental shitty delay netcode with a high amount of base delay frames is still shitty.

Joker's Persona gauge should literally take double the amount of time to build.
The link's boomerang comes out way too fast and their nair's hitbox is fucked.
Pichu should be 1.2x stronger. There's no reason to play him since Pika is better in every regard.
Anything at all for Dr. Mario, especially a recovery buff of any kind. I've come to terms that my main will forever be sandbagged to protect normal Mario. At least there's Project M.
Byleth needs to be faster in the air. He has one of the worst aerial speeds in the game. Combine that with awful landing options (extremely linear fair and bair, a slow as fuck dair) and he's just dead whenever he's in disadvantage state.
I'd say make him move about as fast as Robin in the air.

At least make his f-tilt have the same power as it used to. Personally I'd be fine if he had much stronger moves but higher recoil to further push him as a glass cannon.

Buff Inkling kill power, more specifically the KB of certain moves such as

>up air
>up smash
>fsmash
>late hit fair
I dropped Inkling because it fucking sucks watching my opponent live to near 200% because Inkling doesn't have a yolo kill move that can be spammed, meanwhile characters with just as good if not better mobility like Joker have numerous raw kill moves or extremely consistent kill setups like Fox landing nair to usmash. Inkling NEEDS to ledge trap or gimp otherwise the opponent is just going to live forever.
Let me drift around with it like I could in Smash 4. It's annoying how little air mobility that move has now.
