There isn't anything that's permanently missable.
Just one thing to know is that there's a marriage lock at the end of the game, so you can only marry one girl per playthrough. There's also a secret with Fake-Rabi: if you choose to meet him after every chapter, you can choose to marry him at the end of the game.

in blight, once you get to ch.7 choose your character wisely, because whoever you chose is who you will marry. you can only marry 1 unless you edit flags . marriage only adds a few lines of dialogue in places and no extra scenes, so if you're into characterbuilding i guess it's important.
speaking of marriage, can you marry the dlc transfer sword waifu? it keeps saying dont rush it despite having over 100 affinity. there's no flags for her marriage in the data either.
