But why?

The avengers are not inclusive enough
The tower is a symbol of toxic masculinity

>spiderman remaster removes avengers reference
>avengers tower is still in miles morales
screencap threads should be rangebanned

Nuff said

It's caught up in a licensing agreement. Sony only owns the video games right to the Spider-man part of Marvel, not Avengers.

When did Jensen get his whole body augmented?

Christ, looks like the Avengers game removed Avengers references.

lmao what a joke

Probably because the Avengers logo is "trademarked logo" and Disney threatened to sue Insomniac or something. Disney really is that petty

Supposedly lost the license.

Did they remove the Doctor Strange and Daredevil allusions too?

Literally who gives a fuck non-spiderman shit doesn't make it to the final cut. Spiderman is its own universe at this point.

The tower isn't a registered trademark of Disney you brainlet.

Spider-Man does mention the Avengers currently fighting in another part of the world if you get close to the tower, though.

Every time I see this image their heads get smaller

>that Tony Stark
lmao

Greg Miller of Kinda Funny recently shared an in-game clip on Twitter of Spider-Man taking a picture of Avengers Tower. In the original game, Spidey comments on how the Avengers are never around to use it and jokes that they're probably on the West Coast at the moment. In the clip of the PS5 version, though, the West Coast comment is completely absent.
No official explanation has been given as to why the reference has been changed, but Miller posits the possibility that it has something to do with Square Enix's Avengers game. There, the Avengers are actually based on the West Coast, with the opening level taking place in San Francisco and featuring the Golden Gate Bridge.

With Spider-Man to appear in the Avengers game as a future DLC character (albeit one exclusively for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 consoles) and it being previously confirmed that he won't be the same character as Insomniac's Spider-Man, maybe Insomniac removed the reference to avoid any confusion.

Maybe because It won't be another Avengers game.

isnt just that just movie rights because nintendo was able to use spider man.

that whole spiderman sony deal was so bizarre

had marvel just waited a few years they could've avoided all this nonsense

ok and?

jesus this looks awful. maybe i'm too conditioned by seeing the actors in the movies

>being previously confirmed that he won't be the same character as Insomniac's Spider-Man
What a fucking mess capeshit is

Who is the bigger evil, Sony or Disney?

the game is out why would they need the reference to it

Sounds more like Sony wants people to remember they own Spiderman, not disney.

So we are back in 2015 again after all those negotiations? lmao.

the cap costume is bad but why do people hate the iron man one again dont you hate when they make shit look like the movies

look too much like cosplayers then heroes

Tit for tat with Sony forcing Spider-man to be exclusive in the shitty Avengers game

Were they trying for a Vidya version MCU or something?

Should I get MM on ps4? I like the 2018 game.

Majora's Mask isn't on PS4, silly.

Why didn't Disney put all its games in the same universe instead of this garbage? What's even the point of all those cute Marvel references in Spider-Man PS4 if they're never going to amount to anything? Spider-Man on the fucking PS1 had more crossover shit in it, so many Marvel characters casually showed up and they didn't have to dance around it.

Towers are a symbol of the patriarchy and represent mans desire to rape and violate with their disgusting penises

License things out to as many people for more money.
