That hasn't been proven. The problem is Coroners aren't very good at determining how much of a certain drug is present in a person's body, and whether it's trace amounts from days before that are still left in the body, or if it's all taken on the same day. The fact of the matter is if he was on 15 different drugs or whatever the police department said, he'd be dead long before he ever even got arrested. He wouldn't even be conscious for the video.
