Absolutely not. "Anime aesthetic" is just barely above the trash that is the "realism aesthetic". Both are just Band-Aids for developers with no actual style.

Games with an "anime aesthetic" are generally shovelware garbage tier games. JRPGs generally get a pass since the whole genre is expected to be anime esque and filled with troups. But games from other genres with an anime aesthetic are almost always exclusively trash. There's really no exception to the rule.
