I was 15 and vividly remember playing it alongside Arkham Aslyum. In fact still using the same fucking TV I played on back then.

I played it in like 2010/11 on my cousin's PS3 before I got my own in 2013, where I got Dark Souls and Demon's again later on PS+. The remake doesn't look like shit and I appreciate the classic filter, but some of the new enemy designs look like hot garbage.

I see no reason to get the remake when it'll be the same damn thing with updated visuals for better or for worse.
It's not like the gimmick bosses will be fun again since this will be the +3 time I've seen them. Like who the fuck is excited to fight Leechmonger and Dirty Colossus again?

Only reason I can see getting it is if the swamp framerate was improved. That's literally it. But from what I understand framerate issues were never fixed during ports of any of the games, so I don't expect it to be better now.

And that's a good thing, Dark Souls was better in almost every single way

I bought a PS3 for DeS, and it’s still my favorite souls game.
And while I think Bluepoint made almost everything aesthetically worse, they had the good sense to leave the core gameplay alone, so I’m still excited to play it.
