bar a few Qol improvements, gameplay in DeS remake is pretty much the same as the original game, with the same shitty AI, lingering hitboxes, bugs and glitches.

The good part is people who never played the original will most likely enjoy it. But holy fuck I would have to forget about the original demon's souls. Obviously the graphics and animations are good, but holy fuck every new design looks fucking generic.

yeah, if the game was called Medieval Adventure Game and the original DeS didn't exist I'd be down for it, but sadly that's not the case
I don't think remakes should exist unless the original dev team/director/lead crew are the ones making it
