For this to work you would have to know the user name to get the number. And even if you got the number, what use would you get out of it? I mean it’s still not cool to have this type of data available in the open but the scenario of it being exploited seems to be on the low end.

Well if miHoYo had those numbers not handled in a secure manner, they fucked up. Why anyone wouldn't just use an email address is beyond me. Two factor authentication is cancer most of the time that makes it harder to regain access to your own shit because the first thing some cunt does when they gain access to your online accounts is to change those details to lock the original owner out, using the protection against them.
