I dont know. I know the effects from fertiliser still applies but i dont know how the bonus from tilling the fields after applying fertiliser works. I just know there is one.

Btw be sure to explore the final boss area for some leaves.
Grab those leaves or you will have to go back later. if you plan on doing all 100 floors
