Had nothing to do with my ego, I wanted the best possible ending because I liked the rest of the game so much so I actually tried to get it. Sorry for spoiling it beforehand, joke's on me for wanting to enjoy something firsthand.
Undertale is probably the "most complete" game because it fully incorporates itself and its game systems into the narrative.
I could list probably ten games just out of what I have installed that do a better job of this but Undertale brainlets love their game because it explicitly tells them CHECK IT OUT, OUR STORY AND GAMEPLAY LINK UP WITH EACH OTHER because you retards literally don't notice that 90% of games already do this. You just don't play those games, you can only play things that have railroaded stories.

I don't mean to be hostile but "most complete" game genuinely made me lol because of how dumb it is. Most games that aren't AAA cinematic experiences incorporate gameplay directly into the story and they don't have to beat you over the head with how meta it is to do it. Just from what I have installed there's 7,62 High Calibre, any decent 4x game, CAPSULE, E.Y.E. (which even does a better job at dumb meta shit than Undertale), Fear & Hunger, Get Even, Kenshi, My Summer Car, Pathologic, no idea what OneShot is daysoo.
Stoked what he's gonna do for the Nier Replicant remake.
I hope he's going to enhance it in a meaningful way and give it its own identity and place in the story, instead of just playing it like a straight remake.
