Slated to be around $400 with better performance than a 2080 super, are you guys gonna get this instead of a next gen console?
RTX 3060 Ti
Yes
Nah, I'm gonna get a 3050/3060 I don't plan on anything over 1080p
Is it actually gonna be in stock within a year of "launch"?
My 1060 is still fine and plays all the games I play maxed out. By the time I need a 3060, it'll be a couple hundred bucks
>A 60 series for the price of a 70 series
Why is price/performance so shit now?
Though scalpers tend to buy shit up regardless of quality real fast, they don't gain as much when buying the lower end products. Thus, it's less likely that an rtx 3060 would stock out than say, an rtx 3080. However, they'll both go pretty fast.
would a 3060 be stronger than a 2080ti or super?
>still waiting for my 3080
>country is in lockdown
I'm not upgrading until games stop running good enough for me. I'm still getting 50-100 on high in vast majority of AAA games and 200 in E-sports shit so I'm not upgrading yet. It will probably take at least one more year for corss-gen to die out and requirements to take a jump and by then there will be better cards on the market (or current new ones will be cheaper).
3060ti with 16gb vram where?
No you retard.
Sure, if they are available for msrp. Otherwise no.
so why would anyone pay more for a 3060?
>8gb vram
yeah not upgrading from 2070S
No, I'm waiting for the 3080ti to have a 2-generation OCD upgrade from my 1080ti
Assuming 3060ti is overall weaker level of power than a 2080s as assumed so far, it's going to outperform 2080s by some extent in some things, and be outperformed in others. Which one would be overall better, it's hard to tell.
If you mean the actual 3060, then prolly overall worse by far.
>xx60 cards are now $400
Oy-wey.
I doubt it. The 3070 is equivalent to a 2080ti.
A 3060ti might perform similar to a 2080 super, while a normal 3060 might perform similar to a 2080.
Nobody really knows until they NVIDIA actually releases some information on their mid range cards.
If you want 1080p theres no reason to upgrade desu
wait until the 2070s becomes worse or equal to 1060 6gb tier
A series X is a 500 dollar COMPLETE system with a gpu equal to a 2080 Super so what's the point of this thing? Go 3080+ or go bust.
1440p but yeah
Last generation, the 1660 super and the rtx 2060 super were on the market at the same time. If this generation follows suit, the rtx 3060ti would also be on the market with a lower-tech 1760 super or equivalent. The 1660 of was about the expected price of a new-generation card of its type, so it follows suit that a cheaper GTX series will release in the future.
No, I'm getting AMD because they completely shit on these shit cards
>what's the point of this thing?
Maybe he wants/needs to use the PC for other things than games and Netflix?
What will I need for 1440p 144Hz?
>now
Only the 3060ti, which at the expected $400 price would be similar in price to the 2060 super.
The regular 3060 will likely be around $300-350, the same as the 2060 at release.
>consoles
lol what? I'm not going to buy into the jewish 3080 markups, I'll get the cheaper thing that does 70% of the work that the big card does.
AMDrone does not even wait for actual benchmarks. lol
>equal to a 2080 super
try slightly worse than a 2060 super, poorfaggot
They'll be sold out before you can watch the reviews. You can just cancel the order if they disappoint once again.
>Still sitting on my 970
Jewvidia is about to die
Raster is 2080S, raytracing is 2060S
No, the xsex is somewhere around an rtx 2080.
Will this be impossible to get as well?
>400$ for this turd
>judging by a single last-gen typically unoptimized ubishit game
>will gladly pay $1500+ for an rtx 3080 from chang's scalper warehouse
i'm just gonna get an rx 5600, might not be that great but it will do the job, also i have a smol screen
>better performance than a 2080 super,
not even the 3070 is better than 2080 super
