dude theres like 4 outfits that require black deer leather. Go after it at night that seems to drop blacks more regularly. You can also fight it twice in one day, do it in the morning and then eat and do it again. I think in total you need like 15 or so black deer leathers.

farm uhhhhhhhh I think kelp tea leaves. They reduce pesticides. Theres also dedicated medicines that can be farmed from the npc exclusive farming zones. The one you'll want for pesticide is "Eradicating remedy". I think garlic also is an anti-pest and that can be found in Gathering area: plain

Yeah. Just dump in all your rotten food and counteract it with Eradicating Remedy, Molten Cores, Salt, etc. Experiment with what you have so that things don't dip too far into the red.
