I use old.reddit as a search engine but I have only used it with an account once or twice to ask a technical question on some specific subreddit. I can't imagine actually fucking using an account and *posting* there. It sucks and I don't like the way people talk there.

Zig Forums is the only forum I've ever posted on. I don't like account systems. They're for nerds.

What are some essential filters to use on Zig Forums? I remember people posting a list of buzzwords from time to time, but I never saved it. The 9 to 1 ratio of newfags shitposting is getting on my nerves, to be perfectly honest. It's kind of a shame I like video games as much as I do.

They are shit in unique ways but also the same ways. Both have annoying hivemind communities that are not open at all to different opinions but at least Zig Forums wont bury you and make your posts invisible if people dont like it. Both are full of retards, but Zig Forums definitely has more of them and lots of mentally ill incels. Both have shit content, because both keep circlejerking the same shit. But also because Reddit is full of normies who can't meme or be original, and it has a voting system that encoyrages trying too hard and going along with the hivemind. Zig Forums is full of weirdos who post about weird shit which is fun sometimes but shit can get so damn off topic sometimes because mobody cares about the damn rules. Aside from when the off topic shit is fun, then it gets deleted.
