Keeping an eye for niche stuff, Labyrinth of Galleria got a new trailer just a week ago or so.
I think Ghost Song was announced long before the indie market was overflowed with Metroidvanias.
Also, Routine, I gotta admit I had forget the name for this one , when I searched for "vaporware space game" Star Citizen was the very first thing to show up.

Yes, I don't see why they wouldn't localize it, though it would be a shame if they didn't. So far it's ps4 and vita only but Refrain came out on Switch and PC too, time will tell, there is very little info so far.
