I know that I can drink the white sake so that I can remove elemental status effects, but I was still hoping that the 100% guard from elemental damage would also prevent statuses if you block. Still very good though. Otakemaru's elemental attacks can't do shit to me.

The only elemental things I can't block are things like Uminyudo's unblockable lightning AoE.

Hope this set of Hayabusa armor gets reproduced in an upcoming NG. It's too cool to just be left as is.

I feel like she and onryoki were the hardest bosses. Later on you just get so many elixirs, plus the quick change scrolls, plus regeneration talismans...

Make sure to keep killing elites. As far as I know, they're the only ones that drop scrolls. I kill every elite I find and I have more scrolls than I can manage.

Nioh is just Sekiro clone for casuals.

GOTY Sekiro is much better than Nioh.

It's excellent. Some surface level similarities to Souls that get massively built upon with DMC/NG tier multifaceted high depth action combat, a somewhat Onimusha style atmosphere and story, and a similarly heavy and high depth customizability available in it's build system that can be opted into and explored somewhat like Diablo, though the game has so many options and rewards skilled players so much that you can do anything in regards to either the RPG or action mechanics and enjoy it how you want.
Someone around 3 or so difficulties in going back to the first difficulty to bully the second boss with severely overleveled gear.
