Dude how do you swallow 7 (yes seven) Yakuza games I can't even beat zero because it makes me sleepy.

Huh Yakuza 7 is my first game actually. Good entry point just like 0. Pic related just loaded it up on my xbox series x.

Ichiban more like Ichi-bit

Sales Volume is the most important stat of a business you are buying. It doesn't matter if the business costs $300,000,000 as long as you can pull in 1/4th that amount each quarter.

When hiring managers check their contract bonus and determine if it's even worth it. Base managers total stats matter, but everyone else will be judged by only one stat. So try to aim for filler managers with one great stat.

In share holders meeting use the triangle skill whenever possible. It silences the investors and delays their questions, which allows the main resource bar to fill. The more the bar is full, the more you can spam investors with counter arguments.

so how's the turn based combat? is it fun and flashy like persona or a chore to play like final fantasy?

Buy one place you think looks reasonable enough and then work on getting Sales Value up for both stores. Never upgrade Sales Value until all bars are blue because otherwise you'll get less money.
Always accept Eri's offers for employees even if you don't want more Ns. She has a set amount she offers you randomly (Increases as you rise in ranks) so leaving anyone not hired will cause her to potentially skip over an SR or SSR later on because of randomness and hit an N you haven't hired.
Always hire any Rs or higher you get from Eri or the Recruit page. Unless you have the DLC with the UR characters you will never be hiring beyond your means.
Until you reach 51-75 don't really bother with upgrading more than one or two employees to 10. Once you start reaching 21-50 and higher then you should start thinking about pumping levels and training because you make an absurd amount of money that it's a drop in the bucket.
Once you reach 51-75 you should buy two more buildings, but then when you get to 21-50 you should sell all your buildings and start anew.

For shareholders the shields will break in one hit from the type they're weak to and say they're weak on the shield itself. Once you break through you can either wait it out or beat the shareholder. If you use the color they're weak against you gain a damage buff in .25% increments up to 2x. When selecting who to use for the meetings themselves the top number is how much damage they do, the middle number is their health (Entirely unimportant, I literally never got hit in the entire minigame), and the bottom is how much they cost to use. Try to get someone who deals good damage and is under 10 if possible.

Instead of beating one guy to a pulp, while their friends wander around the screen and watch. You now select a character from a menu...and their friends wander around a watch you beat the selected guy to a pulp.

>Animal fuck videos
What did he mean by this? Videos with white girls or just animals fucking eachother?

Buy the DLC and then use them, they're broken.

Pretty flashy. Love watching them ragdoll around after a perfect prompt. Same with guarding. Feels more involved and nice.

>Never upgrade Sales Value until all bars are blue because otherwise you'll get less money.
That lost money is like tears in the rain. All that matters is upgrading sales volume and making the most you can with the resources you have.

>game came out
>"oh yeah this is on PC right, let's check steam"
>literally not on the front page at all
>not on the first page of "New and trending"
>had to search for it to find it
god steam is shit now

Animals with animals. Japan's pretty harsh about human/animal stuff.

The amount you're losing is at least 1/3rd of what you get if it was blue even if you have green employees. It's only tears in the rain when you're in like 21 to 50 and higher and I'd argue it would take until 11 to 20 before it really becomes that.

Thought the same thing. Felt like they had to mean something else since that'd pretty messed up shit.

I'm really liking how Yakuza transitioned to an RPG. A lot more fun than I expected, especially as a homeless simulator

You will never have sex.

Based xbox bro. Just got to yokohama

Spent his whole life being used and abused. I think the director didn't want to even give the impression that he could replace Kiryu. Still he's pretty cool. His high functioning autism makes him funny.

Kiryu is dead and gone. Ichiban is new and in. Cope.

lol
actually I still need to finish judgment, guess the change of combat might be a good thing in the end even if judgment perfected yakuza beat'mup in my eyes

Does this game let you coom in these qts?

Beat it earlier
0 > 2 > 4 > 5 = 7 > 1 = 3 > 6 = K2 = K1
Unsure how much I like 5, since I got really bored when I last played it, and the plot and writing are shit outside of Shinada’s part.
Maybe it was because of burn out, but I don’t really have any intention in going back to many of the games, since they’re not that repayable imo.

The whole game seems like some sort of alternate reality. There are characters that have aged past 50, while others are the same age they were when Yakuza Kiwami 2 was going.

I unironically like the English dub.

If you can, try and line up shop employees to match shop types. Otherwise, as long as you meet threshhold it's fine. You want to find shops that have a fair return value on yen, in comparison to cost put in. As for the share holder meetings, there is a weapons triangle for that, but in general you want to try and find low cost attack employees, or at least employees that do a fair amount of damage in comparison.

Worst case, just get the Management DLC, it actually isn't bad.

No. You have to build up your skills just to be able to talk to the girls, and eventually give the girls flowers/Bonsai trees/garbage.

Sauce

You cannot deny that 0 was the best game in the series, user. Even Yakuza 2 had it's moments where it just fell short.

Man I'm hooked on the Business Management minigame.

So dragonkart sucks ass? Looked neat. Was looking forward to it.

I will argue that Yakuza 5 is the best Yakuza game to this day, and I'm pissed it isn't out on PC.

Which shop sells the best gear in chapter 7? Just capped out the mamagement mini game

Cringe list really. 2 does nothing better than k2. Just contrarian faggot.

It sucks ass because the AI sits on their specials until the final lap, when they all work together to slow you down.

I've just been crafting stuff since there's a van in the park by your office that sells materials

>on chapter 12
>still no substory involving Iroha
>already gifted her all of the bouquets
help

The Chinese store is the best one in the game outside of Le Marche in Kamurocho if we're talking no upgrades at all. If we're talking best weapon in the game then minigame exchanges, Love Magic (For the Homeless cane and the Night Lady 500k whip), the Chinese weapon store (For the Gangster sword), and a couple other places that I can't list off the top of my head.

Seriously though, if you just buy like 100 of each material from the cart in the park then upgrade the only weapons you can upgrade (Only upgradable weapons are crafted ones and ones that turn into the best ones in the game) you can take the worst weapons in the game to either the best weapon or one stage before. Once you realize this and have access to Ichiban Holdings you basically don't buy any weapons again because they're all inferior.

Where's the entrance to the Ijincho Sewers?

Same place you came out of. Near the bottom-left, down a ladder by the river. You can look at the minimap for the icon.
