übersaw is a straight upgrade, but not a crutch, stock bonesaw is just bad
building über is way more important for medics than having higher melee swing speed, you won't get in situations that often where higher melee DPS is needed
both noobs and players with good melee aim/footwork will do better as medic with übersaw than with stock

iron bomber on the other hand makes it easier to hit your targets
players with good aim will hit their bombs like they do with pills but won't do more damage that way
players with bad aim will hit more often than with stock, increasing their damage output
the lower fusetime makes misses also less punishing, which only helps players with bad aim

its STILL technically a sidegrade, but for a completely worthless reason.
such as rolling rollers to deal damage slightly farther.
or having bigger roller explosions.
