No, it isn't. The assassin fights are the only remotely interesting part and they're held back by how simple the combat is. Literally everything else in the game is a total slog, especially its pointless open world that only serves to waste time in between actually playing. It might have been okay if it had just had the player go directly from mission to mission, but even then okay is the best it could've been.

The gunplay and stealth section was kinda mixed bag especially when it only rely on checkpoint instead of quicksave,
but the cel shaded graphic and comic book art style pretty much outshine it's minor flaws.

Unironically pic related. The gameplay, story and what have you aren't much of anything but there is not a single game world I would rather live in. This game is genuinely gorgeous and the music and sound effects are perfect.
