What are your actual expectations from Witcher with Guns?
I think it will be similar to Fallout 4, except with more cutscenes and scripted events.
I think everyone will shit on it, but also everyone will get ~50 hours of good fun from it.
I hope it plays well on mouse&keyboard.
European Extreme Mode: I hope it has a good enough modding kit, so that we get more than just gun skins. Unlikely.

i predict story is SUPER short just because the game has 3 origins and some endings might be origin locked
(i also expect a Far Cry style instant ending in the first 30 minutes of the game)

It's possible it won't even be as good as Fallout 4....Fallout has 3rd Person and Base Customisation....multie homes and settlements, choose your own companions etc, even a Robot Companion......I could probably think of a bunch of things cyberpunk won't be able to do compared to the Fallout games

i hate music, i hate the gameplay, i hate the dialogue, i absolutely hate the first person camera. I'm gonna pirate it and ditch it after 2 hours
It'll be good, but it won't live up to the hype at all and i expect it'll be a few months before people recognize it, when the realization hits most people will lose the rose tinted glasses they have for CDPR and the company will be regarded as a "Ubisoft but better" deal.
Maybe CDPR will release a DLC that is so good that people will be lining up to suck their cocks again, maybe not.
All of the voice acting in the recent Xbox gameplay is fucking garbage, the protagonist is the only one who sounds half decent to me
Based on what I've seen from existing footage, these are my expectations:

There's mods for every PC game with a large enough market, even if they don't officially endorse them or make it easy. Witcher 3 had pretty easy modding so I assume cyberpunk will too

Witcher 3 had the kind of mods I don't care much for, just number tweaks and new skins or whatever.
No new zones, no new quests, no new spells, no new weapon types, no new enemy types, with new moves, etc, etc.
Look at the mods for Elder scrolls, or Rimworld, or Civilization, or Slay the Spire, that add entire new gameplay mechanics.
I watched the latest Night Wire and it's baffling, the game looks unfinished and lifeless. People ITT that praise it are either full on delusional cultists or straight-up shills.
