I am one of approximately 150 people in Final Fantasy XIV with the High Roller achievement.
My server (Balmung) is the oldest and one of the most populated across the entire game, and exactly three other people on that server have ever obtained it.

Rarity is the only objective measure of difficulty.

I don’t give 2 shits about them and turned off the notifications for them within a week of buying the console

Steam achievements dont mean shit. Most of you use trainers/cheat engines especially for fromsoft games.

Rarity is affected by the demographic playing a game, fun factor, time factor, multiplayer boosting, how glitchy it is, how obscure it is, how patches could affect the requirements, and difficulty.

Almost every single difficult trophy is going to be rare, but many rare trophies aren't difficult in the slightest.
