Before any retards actually believe this, genital customization is obviously going to be a part of character customization, same with facial cyberware, tattoos, eye color, etc, because that stuff is purely cosmetic. The things in this image are cyberware that actually have an effect on your character's progression and performance.

That's fairly accurate to the tabletop honestly. You have brain/face implants, organ implants, immune system implants, and then subdermal implants like alternate musclar tissue and such. All that's overtly missing is the dumb shit like arm-mounted grenade launchers that can be installed at Walmart.

there's a lot of stuff they cut because there would be no reason to implement it due to it being roleplay heavy, like contraceptive implants and voice synthesizers. other than that and the overt dumb shit like arm-mounted weaponry (which is still in the game, just in a different form) the game is still in the spirit of the original tabletop.
