One of the best-written female characters of the past decade, in terms of just having nonstop good dialogue. Uprising is great all-around, and Hades is still the MVP, but Palutena went from the Peach stand-in in the NES/GB games to a full-blown character that gives plenty of genuine laughs.

Also I main her in Smash. Yes, in 4 too, not just Ultimate. I liked her giant slow multi-hit moves and DThrow combo game before Ultimate made them a lot better.
